HOLDING SPACE

INTEGRATION CIRCLES - GHENT

Dear PSBE members,

Psychedelic substances can give you a deeper understanding of yourself, heal old injuries, and pass on important messages. Peak experiences can be among the most beautiful and profound experiences in your life, but they can also be destabilizing and leave you confused. And even if you had a fantastic experience, what do you do with it afterwards? How do you put fascinating insights into practice? How do you link spirituality to reality? And what do you do with “sticky” feelings (restlessness, sadness, fear…)? Or annoying thoughts that keep grinding?

It’s not always easy to talk to outsiders about what you’ve seen, felt and experienced. Certainly not if your immediate environment or your therapist has no experience with this. People are often inhibited or even embarrassed to talk about this because they are afraid of being misunderstood.

That’s why PSBE offers integration circles where you can share your experiences with like-minded people (max. 12).
A circle starts at 7 pm lasts about 2 hours and costs 30€ per person. Luc Rombaut will be holding safe space.
Do tell if you have questions. You can also contact Luc directly.

We look forward to meeting you there!

Psychedelic regards,
The Holding Space team of PSBE
